Hi, my name is Rich Lord, and I’m the owner and lead inspector at PDX Premier Inspections. I began my career in the construction industry at age 15, and after honing my attention to detail and dedication to service as an executive chef, I was motivated to return to the property industry as an InterNACHI-certified home inspector.
